Over the last fifteen years, I've spent a lot of time with different nonprofit organizations. When it started in the early nineties, I didn't have a clue what I was getting into. So, I've been blogging about it lately, and I'm working on a book, which I'm tentatively titling Saving the World on $30 A Day. The focus is how to run a cheap, lean and effective organization.
